Honestly no complaints. The hotel is clean, nestled in the new building with personablestaff. Breakfast with many options to choose from and green smoothies, as example. Comfortable and absolutely fantastic venue rooms on the upper floors. Awesome location right next to the shopping mall: )

The location of the hotel was marvellous, to the Aviant mall. The breakfast was great, delicious with Japanese meals, local cuisine, even green smoothies.

The hotel had a very central location and it was next to an up-to-date mall. Everything was good, the room was reasonably spacious and practical with twin beds, even a desk and big windows. The provided service was fantastic.

The service was excellent, I had 1 very comfortable nights here. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with bidet, better wireless WiFi. This accommodation was in the very central location easy to find taxis.

Sensational, satisfactory breakfasts with even green smoothies, local cuisine plus Japanese meals everyone can find something. Quiet and very specious room with an ironing set, a TV set, and a large wardrobe. In a marvellous and stunning location walking distance to eateries and cafés.

Well laid out and brand-new room itself with reading lamp, single beds, for instance. Comfortable spot just off Don Quijote shopping store, a shopping mall which another plus point, and underground tunnel.

Overall it was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic for triple beds. The position was unbeatable and brilliant, next door to a tube station.

Modern property, has really helpful and top-class staff with a vindictive female receptionist. Practical & reasonably sized unit for triple beds. Very very good building, perfect location so close to shopping centre and shopping malls. Also, iN An STUDENT SUMMER CAMP UNDER A TENT IN THE 50's.

Reasonably priced hotel with patient personnel with a vindictive female receptionist. Had absolutely perfect location to access to variety of transport, next to an up-to-date mall. Based just next door to a large grocery store on the top level and direct bus to kansai airport.

Courteous and polite staff with a vindictive female receptionist, practical a double room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient for my business trip. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and was delicious, especially the fresh juices. Additionally, the facilities on the 13th floor, including the snack bar and the mountain view, were a nice perk that I enjoyed.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the room space was quite small, which was a bit disappointing.
